Today’s interview is with Pascale Lane, a Relationship Coach based in south London. Pascale talks very openly and passionately about the work that she does with both individual women and with couples who are struggling with relationship issues.
Pascale has worked in a social work capacity for 18 years before leaving her local authority position to run her own coaching business. During that time she trained as a counsellor and then a relationship counsellor before making the switch to becoming a relationship coach.
Pascale draws on her professional experience but also her personal experiences of living with a husband with Aspergers. She uses the tools that she has learnt over the years to help inform her work with women who are frustrated in their relationships, lacking self-esteem, struggling with communication in order to enrich their relationships, regardless of whether this is with their spouse or with them self.
Martin is a very inspiring person. He helps senior professionals to find the work like balance, enabling people to enjoy their lives more by finding the time to fit in the things which are important to them. Most professionals suffer from burnout and depression because they are not living the life that they want, as time does not permit.
Martin teaches them how to find the time by planning, preparing and delegating tasks which can be done by others, enabling them to live healthier, enjoy their lives and achieve goals in other areas of their lives.
Is your life only work, work, work? Want to spend more time with your family? Doing a hobby? Eating healthier? Martin will teach you how.
If you ever find yourself saying ‘I can’t do that’ or ‘That’s not me’ then you are suffering from the effects of your Beliefs. Beliefs that have been indoctrinated in you since the day you were born and which have now become part of who you believe you are.
Everything we think we know about ourselves and our environment are just beliefs – some may be positive and supportive, some destructive and limiting. And, because they are just beliefs, they can be changed.
